The Coyote Story

Born out of the 2020 COVID Pandemic at a Coffee Shop in Pasadena, Coyote Syrups was created to make life at home a little bit more enjoyable. Our founder, Jackie was inspired by all their friends and family who were working from home, to create these handcrafted small-batch syrups to enhance the at-home barista/mixologist experience.

Now in 2024, Coyote Syrups is located in Portland, Oregon. Still made with the love and care from before, Coyote Syrups are available nationwide with shipping or for pick-up in the Portland area.

Coyote Syrups creates small-batch syrups with fresh, organic produce sourced from local farmers in Oregon. Even our spices are as fresh as possible. Just because syrup making can be done with non-fresh, dried up produce doesn’t mean we should. We at Coyote Syrups choose to make them with fresh, locally sourced produce from Farmers’ Markets all over Portland, Oregon.

We want to give our customers the best because we all deserve the best. Everything we make here at Coyote Syrups is made with the care and love required to make delicious, NEVER DISAPPOINTING syrups for all to enjoy!

Hi, my name is Jackie Seah! I am the founder and lead syrup innovator here at Coyote Syrups.

A little bit about me:

I was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I moved out to Southern California for college and lived there for 8 years before moving to Portland, Oregon in 2021. Portland is still home, but I also travel for work currently in my full time job as a tour/stage manager for bands and artists.

I have been working in the coffee industry since graduating high school, and even worked in coffee throughout my time in college. Currently working in and out of the industry in Portland, supporting my local friends in any way that I can.

I am a huge supporter of Tampa Bay sports teams, especially the Tampa Bay Rays and Lightning. #RaysUp and #GoBolts!
